April Bowlby was raised in Vallejo California and was a student at Moorpark College. There she was a student of French, Marine Biology and Ballet. Modeling was her first love at the end of her adolescence and she began acting. Her career began in the world of television, with a starring role on the episode from 2005 "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation". From there she went on to both film and television roles, appearing on such films as "CSI: NY", "Stacked", "Freddie", "Sands of Oblivion", "All Roads Lead Home", "Out of Jimmy's Head", "Kath & Kim", "Psych", and "From The Prada Show to Nada". Her most well-known roles are the ones she plays on "Two and Half Men" as well as "How I met Your Mother" as well as her character as Stacy Barrett in the show "Drop Dead Diva".
