Donald Joseph Qualls, better popularly known as DJ Qualls is an American model and actor. The actor gained fame following his role as a character in Road Trip. Since then DJ Qualls has starred on 20 features, such including The New Guy Hustle & Flow or The Core. Apart from his appearances as a character in the film, he has appeared in over 22 TV programs like Breaking Bad Supernatural Srubs Lost Law & Order and many more. Qualls was able to beat Hodgkin's Lymphoma. It was discovered as a teenager. of age. His cancer was in remission within two years. But the treatment at this early stage caused a significant impact on his body. It also slowed his development. When he began acting, financial security seemed to be his ultimate goal as the experience of poverty was a constant throughout his life. When he was interviewed, he stated that if I do not have financial stability or I feel out of control in the world I will be miserable. He thinks back to his youth and feels a desire to take action against bullying. The cruelty of bullying breaks my heart, he says. DJ's dream role would be to become a father on reel as well as in reality. He does however admit that directors don't usually choose him for these kinds of roles. One day he'd like to be a father himself and be able to spend less time to his career and more to his child.
